INGREDIENTS
Filling:1kg chicken fillet cubed 4tbs lemon juice3tbs kashmiri chilli powder 1tbs turmeric powder1tbs paprika 1tbs cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon pepper3tbs butter for cooking1 block cheeseAll colour peppers (cubed)
Dough:3 cups all purpose flour or bread flour (375g) spooned and leveled all the time1 tablespoon instant yeast (8g)1 teaspoon salt (5g)¼ cup sugar (50g)1 cup warm milk (250ml) full cream or any milk you prefer1 large egg (room temp)⅓ cup unsalted butter (75g) you can skip salt if using salted butter
METHOD
Marinate chicken with above spices in a pot, add butter and cook on a low heat until done Once cooled down add cheese , peppers and different suaces e.g mayo, nandos suace...
For dough combine all ingredients in a bowl or mixer first dry then wet ingredients to form a doughAnd leave to riseOnce risen cut into small balls and roll flat into a circle Thereafter add filling and close up into a ball Add egg wash over and seeds Bake at 190° till golden brown
