I steamed the chicken slightly and cooled it before adding the spices But you can add it uncooked See My Tips it made a big diff on the taste METHODSoak 8 slices of bread in 2 cups milkSqueeze and crumble it in this so its soggy3-4 chicken fillets cubed2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste1 & ½ tablespoon Green Chilli paste1 tablespoon green chilli paste1 teaspoon black pepper powder or white1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon chicken spice (optional) 1 teaspoon saltAdd Little oil (3 Tbldp)3 Eggs well beaten¼ Can creamstyle corn½ cup steamed mixed veg Add the soaked bread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (OR 1 teaspoon Lemon juice) Handful of chopped green dhania (coriander)Keep aside for 1 hourGrease a large Oven Tray and spread the mixture sprinkle some thill (sesame seeds) Keep it aside again for 20 minutesThen bake at 180* for 40-45 minutesWhen doneAllow to coolCut into squaresNOW FREEZER SUITABLEDIP IN EGG AND FRY WHEN REQUIRED
