1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoon Garlic & Ginger paste
¾ cup Tomato puree
1 teaspoon Chilli powder
Salt to taste
Fresh dhania (coriander), chopped
250ml Fresh cream
Marinate chicken in tandoori spice and a little garlic, then cook on stove on low until almost done or grill in oven. Set aside.
Melt butter and saute onion till brown. Add chillies and paste and fry for one minute.
Add puree, salt, dhania (coriander) and chilli powder.
Add cream last (stove must be on low heat), heat but do not let boil.
Arrange chicken in baking dish then pour sauce over, bake for 20 minutes at 180deg till done, too divine!
Golden potato balls:
3 medium potatoes
Half small onion,finely minced
Salt&pepper to taste
4 oz chedder cheese grated
Quarter cup plain yogurt
4 tablespoon spring onions finely chopped
2 tablespoon butter,softened
2 tablespoon mayonaise
Peel&cube potatoes,cook til fork tender,then mash.mix well with onion(u may lightly saute onion 1st,if desired),pepper,salt αи∂ 1 egg,form in2 1 and half inch balls.add it to th flour then egg,then in the bread crumbs ,coat well,refrigerate for 30min.
For the sauce:combine all the sauce ingredients,donot heat..
Saute potato balls in a little oil until golden brown,for aprox 5 minutes,serve with sauce poured over.*the heat of the potatoe balls will warm the sauce and melt the cheese abit.
