INGREDIENTS
1 chicken / 1kg fillets pieces 1 tablespoon red ginger garlic masala Salt2 teaspoon lemon pepper 2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon crushed chillies 2 tablespoon lemon juice Handful fried onions Few strands saffron or drop of saffron essence. 2 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)2 tablespoon tomato sauce 1 sachet tomato paste
*¼ cup oil & 2 tablespoon butter *dhania (coriander) for garnish
METHOD
Marinate chicken overnight. Cook in oil and butter. Garnish with greens. Serve with chips or potato bake
