500g tenderized steak ½ teaspoon green chillies 1 teaspoon garlic paste 2 tablespoon oil ¼ teaspoon jeeru (cumin) powder ½ teaspoon dhana powder ¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper 1 ½ tomato grated
Cut steak into cubes. Braise garlic and chilli in pot with oil. Add steak, salt and pepper braise few minutes. Then add the rest of spices and tomato. Cover pot cook until steak is done, but still moist. Do not dry sauce.
For the mash: Peel and cube 3 medium potatoes, boil in salt water until soft. Mash with 2 tablespoon milk and blob butter salt and pepper to season.
Boil 100g spaghetti in salt water.
Grated mozzarella and gouda cheese.
To assemble : In a oven proof dish, place cooked steak at the bottom, then mash then spaghetti top with grated cheese sprinkle parsley. Bake on 180 deg for 15 minutes or until heated through.
