Spaghetti Cutlets📷 Salmah dendar📝@the_daily_dilemna2 small pieces of chicken fillet cut into small pieces (should be about 1 cup approx)Cook with salt, black pepper, crushed garlic and green masala, a bit of olive oil or ghee (Clarified butter).Once cooked, set aside and allow to cool.1 cup of spaghetti boiled (break it into small pieces)2 small/medium potatoes - boiled and made into mash1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese1 boiled egg - grate only the whiteA handful of chopped fresh coriander/ dhania (coriander)Ensure that the cooked ingredients have all cooled.Combine all ingredients.Taste and adjust seasoning.Shape into cutlets.Place into fridge for about an hour to firm before frying.Dip in egg and breadcrumbs and fry in shallow oil on medium heat.Serve hot with chutney.

1 kg chicken /steak cubed
1 big onion grated
2 tablespoon red ginger garlic Masala
Salt to taste
Pinch of turmeric
2 teaspoon red chilli powder
2 teaspoon kashmiri chilli
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
1 teaspoon ground Jeeru (Cumin)
2 tablespoon tomato paste
3 tablespoon chilli sauce
Saute the onion with 2 Big spoons oil/ghee (Clarified butter)
Once light and soft add in the chicken/steak and all the Masala excluding the tomato paste and chilli sauce
Allow to cook
Once the water starts burning out add in the tomato paste. Add the chilli sauce when the chicken/steak is cooked
Do not dry out . Leave filling setting.
Top with chopped coriander
Adjust spices as desired ..add more chilli sauce if desired.
Add in one cubed potato .(optional
