Inspired and adapted
In a pot or bauer pan Heat 2 - 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tablespoon oil Add 2 chopped onions SauteAdd the 3-4 cubed or strips chicken filkets OR6 Chicken drumsticks ( Skin off) 1 teaspoon crushed green garlic masala1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste 1 teaspoon green chilli paste 1 tablespoon portuguese chicken spice or any chicken spiceLittle lenon juice1 teaspoon crushed red chilli1 teaspoon crushed lemon pepper½ crushed black peppercornsCook on stove when almost doneAdd ¼ cup of any of these sauces or a mixture if all theseNandos bushveld braai (bbq) sauce Peri peri or wild herb sauce or lemon and herb sauce Add fresh thyme Cook for 5 minutes till sauces are well infusedIn the chickenTip:(Can add ¼ cup fresh cream.I left it out) Serve with naan roti or spicy rice and chips orWith portuguese rollsEnjoy
