CREDITS
INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon salt
2pkts instant yeast
4cups plain\cake flour
1 teaspoon sugar
½ cup oil
Finely chopped coriander
¼ teaspoon crushed green chilli
3 level teaspoon crushed garlic
Lukewarm water and milk of equal amounts(mixed)-as needed to form a dough +-1 ½ cups
METHOD
1.) mix all of the ingredients together and leave to rise in a warm place
2.)once risen to double in size divide into small balls and roll into shape and size according to your preference (1cm thick)
3.)bake in a preheated oven at 180degrees till a bubble forms (+-5mins) then turn over and bake the other side (+-2mins)
4.)can be cooled and frozen at this stage if desired or followed by step 5 and eaten immediately
5.)cook with garlic butter(like Roti on a tawa) before serving
INFO & TIPS
garlic naan can be served as a side with anything but I've found that it makes a tasty Magnidaar sandwich :)
