2 cups cubed chicken ghee (Clarified butter) / butter 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon green chili 1 ½ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper 1 teaspoon chicken spice salt ½ tin cream style corn , blitz it smooth and add to cooked chicken . 1 packet knorrs white onion soup 1 packet knorrs mushroom soup 1 packet knorrs veg soup 2 tablespoon klim powder 2 cups milk 1 cup fresh cream2 to 3 litres water chopped dhania (coriander) .
cook chicken In all spices for 10 minutes then add the water , while this is boiling ,mix all the packet soups together along with the klim and add some water and make a paste then slowly add 500ml water and pour this mix to the chicken and water allow this to cook for 10 minutes then add the fresh cream and milk and allow this to cook on low .add the dhania (coriander) and cook . you can adjust by adding more water
