For the semolina custard: -1 pint of milk -1 ½ tablespoon custard powder -1 ½ tablespoon coarse semolina -1 egg -¾ tin condensed milk -1 small tin nestle extra thick cream
1.) make jelly according to packet instructions and set in individual glasses.
For the semolina custard: 1.)mix the semolina,custard powder and egg with a little water and keep aside. 2.)heat milk on low heat - add the above mixture to the milk and whisk continuously till it comes to a boil. 3.)leave to cool then add the condensed milk and nestle cream and mix well. 4.)pour over the set jelly and decorate as desired.

For a pineapple vermicelli dessert:
---add 1/4 cup vermicelli with the semolina and follow the custard recipe as above...instead of serving the custard with jelly...mix 1 tin of crushed pineapple to the custard and serve like a pineapple crush variation---
