RECIPE
Dough6 cups flour1 teaspoon salt2 tablespoon sugar10 g yeast
In a bowl mix together1 cup Milk π₯ 1 egg π₯ β
cup oil 1 Β½ c hot water π§
Add liquid to dry ingredients. Leave dough to rise.
You can use any filling you want. I had leftover chicken , just mixed in some sauces and filled them.
Roll out into large rounds.Cut into 4 wedges.Then each piece into 2 or 3 wedges depending on the size you make.Make 3 slits on the top part.Add filling and roll up then pinch the ends together.Brush with egg and sprinkle seeds.
Bake until done.
