Cut ½ kg fillets into chunks Marinate in:1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ginger 🫚 garlic 1 teaspoon chicken spice ½ teaspoon salt1 teaspoon 6 gun grill spice 1 teaspoon Portuguese spice 2 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice 1 teaspoon garlic & rosemary spice1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo1 egg 🥚¾ cup milkMix well and leave aside for few hours. Mix 2gether:1 cup flour ½ cup maizena (corn flour) 1 teaspoon mixed herbs 🌿 2 tablespoon chana flour ½ cup crushed Kornflakes (optional)
Dip in flour and fry till goldenSauce:2 tablespoon oil2 tablespoon mayo2 tablespoon chilli sauce 2 tablespoon peri peri sauce
Toss pops in sauceServe with chips 🍟
