Cheese Cake

RECIPE

½ lb butter
¾ cup castor sugar
Beat till fluffy
Add 2 eggs
Beat again
Add two tubs cream cheese and mix well.do not beat
Layer 3 x 4 rows of tennis biscuits on a sheet of foil.spread mixture over and then another layer of tennis biscuits.add another layer of cheesecake mixture.fold closed like a pyramid.spread more mixture to cover all sides of biscuit.close foil and freeze overnight.next day a few hours before serving,remove foil and decorate with fresh cream and fruit as desired.aysh used stoned black cherries....boil stone cherries and decorate pour over
