INGREDIENTS

4 eggs separated 1 cup sugar 1 cup flour2 teaspoon baking powder2 tablespoon cocoaSaltVanilla essence Half cup oil Half cup boiling waterNB*don't add more oil than that

METHOD

Beat egg whites stiff with half teaspoon baking powder
Sift flour, baking powder , cocoa and salt3 times
Beat yolks and sugar till creamy with essence. Add oil and boiling water and beat in not too long..Then add flour mix and also beat in very quickly Dont overbeat
Fold with spatula into eggs and bake in two pansBake and enjoy💕

Decorate with chocolate sauce and top deck..
