For the dough:5 cups flour1 teaspoon Salt½ cup Sugar125 g Butter10 g Instant Yeast2 Eggs1 cup Milk1 cup Water For the filling;CinnamonBrown Sugar For the Sauce;4 teaspoon Milk4 tablespoons Nutella4 Oreos
For the Dough: 1. Warm the milk, water and butter on the stove. When completely mixed, set aside to cool2. In a separate container, Sift flour. Add the salt, sugar and yeast to the mixture.3. Add the eggs to the milk mixture once cooled. 4. Make the dough by mixing the above. (Tip: Add more warm milk if required)5. Knead the dough thoroughly and cover. Leave this for about 2 hours to rise. 6. Divide the dough into 3 balls. Roll each one into a square shape.7. Brush each square with some melted butter.8. Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar. 9. Roll up each square like a Swiss roll10. Grease a baking tray and place sliced rounds flat on the tray. Keep appropriate distant between each one.11. Bake for about 15 minutes at 180 Degrees. (Tip: Switch the top of the oven (only) on for another minute) For the sauce:Warm 4 teaspoon of milk. Slowly add 4 tablespoons of Nutella. Mix properly. Garnish and Serve:Once the cinnabons are cool, pour the sauce over. Garnish with crushed Oreos. Serve Warm.
