INGREDIENTS

1 ½ cups flour21/2 teaspoon baking powder1/2cup oil1cup sugar 4eggs½ boiling water2 teaspoon vanilla essencePinch of salt

METHOD

Beat sugar and eggs together. Then and oil and vanilla. Mix all that. Add dry ingredients. Then mix all that together then spoon in cup cake cases.. Bake at at 160 deg c for 20 minutes
