Churro Cups

INGREDIENTS

1 cup water
½ cup butter
¼ salt
1 cup flour
3 eggs *beaten
Oil for frying
¼ cup sugar
¼ teaspoon cinnamon

METHOD

Combine water .. butter and salt in a saucepan and boil
Using wooden spoon stir in flour
Reduce heat and stir vigorously
Take off from heat and add eggs
Mix it all in and form dough

Put in piping bag
Turn cupcake tray upside down ..
Spray it with spray and cook
Pipe around the circles
freeze for an hour and deep fry

Mix sugar and cinnamon
Dip hot churro cups in the sugar and cinnamon mix ..

Put ice cream .. top with choc sauce

INFO & TIPS

Spray a generous amount of spray and cook
Use butter knife to lift frozen churro off the cupcake tray
