INGREDIENTS
200g flour 5g yeast 1 teaspoon. Sugar ½ teaspoon. Salt 155g lukewarm water 1 tablespoon. Oil
Extra 1 tablespoon. Oil for coating 15 mini sausage 1 egg for egg wash.Tomato sauce Mustard sauce
METHOD
In a large bowl add flour, yeast, sugar and salt, mix gently and add in water and oil and knead until a soft dough forms.
Let it rest for 30 to 45 minutes or until double in size.
Once doubled in size knead gently and divide the dough into 15 portions. Or 23g each Roll them in to a log. Place on a greased tray and brush with an egg
Bake in a preheated oven @180c for 13 to 15 minutes.
Once the bun is cooled make a small incision in the center, don't split it into 2. Place a cocktail sauce in the center and drizzle with tomatoes sauce and mustard and serve
