INGREDIENTS
My grans recipe the best ever
125g butter1 ¼ cup sugar
Cream together Add a pinch of salt 3 eggs Cream well
Add 1 cup milk 2 ¼ cups cake flour. 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla essence Mix
Pour into cake pan Bake 180C ..50to 60 minutes
I made mini loafs got 18 loafs Baked 180C 12 to 15 minutes
Mix icing sugar wth color and little milk , pour over cold loafs
Wth a big cake I sieve icing sugar over the cake
METHOD
For a cake pour all the batter into a single ( one ) roindbcake pan ForLoafs scoop batter into mini loaf pans
