Dough recipe:250g flour50g fine semolina4g yeast1½ tablespoon milk powder(optional)1 teaspoon sugar25ml olive oilSalt 300 ml warm water (more or less)Add water gradually to make a soft dough with the above ingredients.Cover and leave to rise 1- 1½ hour. Divide dough into 10 ballsRoll each 15cm, fold in half.Dry cook on tawa, medium heat both sides until golden. Cool.Split, add filling and salad. Serve
Filling:Recipe credit @world_cuisine2.Marinate for ½hour2 chicken fillet (cut) 1 teaspoon paprika powder1 teaspoon tomato puree ½teaspoon ginger/garlic paste1 tablespoon Olive oil Salt, Pepper ½ teaspoon cumin powder. Cook until chicken done.Cool. Add 2tbs mayonnaise, Siracha sauce,chopped coriander or parsley, finely chopped chives. Mix all.
