Red pepper chicken

1 small red pepper2 tablespoons tomato paste1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste2 tablespoons mayonnaise2 tablespoons lemon juice1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) powder2 tablespoons yoghurt1 teaspoon chicken spice1 chicken – cleaned and cut into pieces OR chicken fillets
Place all ingredients except chicken into magimix and blend until a smooth paste formsMarinate the chicken for an hour or overnight in the fridge.
Melt 100g butter in a pot.Cook the chicken on low / medium until done (½ hour).. Add a little fresh cream according to personal taste. Serve with chips and salads.. EnjoyI omitted fresh cream (FAL)
