Nutella Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

2 cups Flour, sifted 1 - 2 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla essence2 eggsPinch salt3 cups milk 1 teaspoon melted butter1 teaspoon lemon juiceIcing sugarNutella & 1x Can Peaches HalvesOil

METHOD

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl add the wet ingredients!lastly put it into the fridge to rest for 10 minutes.Fry in a pan with oil on both sides for 1-2 minutes until bubbles resemble.Set aside to cool. Decorate with Icing on top. Filling it with the yummy Nutella & Peaches or cream.
