Cut small pieces of butter & place it on the outer side of the pastry cups.Bake @200 until pasty puffs up & cups are slightly brown. Sprinkle with cheese & origanum & bake until cheese melts & cups are golden brown. Enjoy. Serve with your favourite red or green chutney.
