INGREDIENTS
1 cup sugar4 eggs1 cup flour plus 2 tablespoon½ cup oil½ cup milk1 teaspoon vanilla essence ¼ cup coco2 teaspoon baking powder
METHOD
In a mixing bowl whisk eggs and sugar creamy until sugar dissolved Add vanilla essence and beat again. add sifted dry ingredients.finally add milk and beat for further few minutesPour into greased 2 x 20 cmBake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and dress choc ganache over. Decorate with chocolate vermecelli or choc shavings.
Ganache160g chocolate/Baking choc155g nestle cream or fresh creamIn a bowl melt chocolate then add cream and mix well.Enjoy and share as received.. ❤️Shu-Hani❤️
