Peppermint Log Cake

INGREDIENTS

125g butter
180ml castor sugar
3 eggs
7.5ml baking powder
1 ¼ cups flour (310ml)
4 tablespoon corn flour
125ml milk
5ml peppermint essence
A drop of green food colour

METHOD

Preheat oven to 180.cream butter and castor sugar.add in eggs one at a time and beat well.mix in dry ingredients. Add in milk,peppermint essence and colouring.mix into a smooth batter.pour into a log pan. Allow to cool and decorate as desired
