INGREDIENTS
Add 3 tablespoon warm water 2 a mixer bowl . add in 1 packet yeast. Allow to bloom few minutes.
Add in 3 tablespoon sugar3½ cups flour Heat1 cup milk5 tablespoon melted butter Pinch of salt Make a soft dough.
METHOD
I use my @kitchenaidafrica stand mixer.Allow to rise.ShapeAllow to rise again. Brush with melted butter Bake at 180⁰ for 25 minutes. @elbacookerssa
