Adapted to My Style
I used 6 Hotdog rolls slit op top on centreOr you can use footlong rolls In a Saucepan Melt3 tablespoon butter or Margarine2 - 3 tablespoon crushed garlic1 full teaspoon green chilli paste Fry till garlic turns a light gold in colourAdd 1 teaspoon lemon juice (can add more after) Take +- ½ cup milk Add 1 tablespoon mazina (make a paste with litte milk) Add to the above Keep on stirring till smooth custardNow add!/2 cup fresh creamKeep stirring till thick so it wont be runny or soggy in the rollNow Grate lots of cheeseAdd a little of cheese in each roll at bottomThen top with garlic mixture:then top again with cheese Optional Garnish with Sprinkle Green dhania (coriander) or parsley ThenPlace rolls on a lined foiled oven trayHeat oven to 200 * Put the tray in oven for 4 - 5 minutes for the rolls to crisp a bitThen Remove tray from ovenTurn the oven dial to GrillPut tray back for rolls to grill a bit Serve rolls whilst hot TIp for heating in MicrowaveFill roll with mixture then cheese then mixture then cheese And then put in microwave for 20 seconds then Grill in oven ENJOY
