Potatoe Salad

RECIPE

Peel a few potatoes and cut into medium size cubes
Boil potatoes until tender . Rinse and add to a bowl .
Boil about 3 eggs . once boiled clean and keep aside.
Add a some mayonnaise and mix. grate the boiled egg over, add dried parsley, chopped dhania (coriander) and mix well.
Perfect side dish to any roast, grilled fish etc . Refrigerate and serve.
