4 cups flour 6 teaspoon baking powder ¼ teaspoon salt 6 tablespoon castor sugar 1 cup butter 4 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla essence +/- 1 cup milk
Place dry ingredients with butter in food processor. Process till crumby. Add and process with eggs, vanilla essence and enough milk to form a thickish batter that drops from a spoon. Drop tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking trays or in mini muffin pans. Bake at 200°Cup for 10-15 minutes.
