1kg chicken cut in pieces ½ cup fried onions½ cup yoghurt ¼ cup fresh cream 2 tablespoon lemon juice 2 heaped teaspoon ginger and garlic paste 2 tablespoon tomato paste ¼ teaspoon zafron essence ½ teaspoon tumeric powder 2 teaspoon kashmiri chillie powder 2 teaspoon chillie powder2 teaspoon crushed chillie 2 teaspoon cumin and corriander powder 1 teaspoon gurum masala 2 teaspoon salt
¼ cup oil ¼ cup ghee (Clarified butter)1 teaspoon cumin seeds 2 Cardamom pods2 Cinnamon sticks 2 Bay leaves
Marinate chicken with all the ingredients except the oil, ghee (Clarified butter) and whole spices for a few hours. Heat oil and ghee (Clarified butter). Add whole spices and allow to sizzle. Add chicken and cook on high heat for 5 minutes. Lower heat and cook for about 30 minutes or till the oil comes up. Add fried potatoes and 1 teaspoon Kasoori Methi (Fenugreek). Simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish with coriander and green chillies. Top with boiled eggs. Serve with roti or naan. Once tasted never wasted 😋Share as received ⭐⭐⭐
