My MOTHER!
INGREDIENTS
· 1 glass of milk.· 2 bananas.· 2 -3 chopped dates.· 1 tablespoon of honey.· 1 teaspoon of yoghurt
METHOD
· Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well.· Pour into a glass and enjoy!
INFO & TIPS
· The more you blend or mix , the
thinner it will get.
· You can add a tsp of peanut butter if
you like.
