Chicken Filling: -Chicken strips 250 gms Coriander powder) 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder) 1 teaspoon
salt 1 teaspoon or to taste
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder) ½
Turmeric powder ¼ teaspoon
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Cream 3 tablespoon (Optional)
Steers tikka sauce 1 tablespoon
Oil 2-3 tablespoon
Capsicum strips 1 large
All-purpose flour 2 Cups
Sugar 2 tablespoon
Instant yeast 1 & ½ tablespoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Oil ½ Cup
Yogurt 1 tablespoon
Milk) warm 1 Cup
+ Oil 2 tablespoon - oregano and chilli flakes to sprinkle Assembling: -
-Chicken filling -Tomato) sliced
-Onion) sliced -Mayonnaise
Prepare Chicken Filling:
coriander powder, cumin powder,salt ,red chili powder,black pepper powder,turmeric powder,lemon juice,steers tikka sauce and cream,mix well and marinate for 1 hour.
-In wok,add oil and marinated chicken and mix well.
-Cover and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until dries up.
-Add capsicum,mix and well & set aside. Prepare Dough:
-In bowl,add all-purpose flour,sugar,instant yeast,salt and mix well. -
Add oil and yogurt mix well.
-Gradually add milk,mix well and knead until soft dough is formed.
-Cover and let it rest for 2 hours.
-Knead dough again and divide into two equal portions. -
With the help of the hands,flattened dough in round shape and mark slightly with cutter.
-In egg,add oil and whisk well. -Brush egg+ oil mixture and sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes ,
-On baking tray,place butter paper and grease it with oil and put dough in grease baking dish. -Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 20 minutes. Assembling: -Cut naan into four pieces,add tomato ketchup,salad leaf,chicken filling,tomato,onion,mayonnaise and cover with top bun & serve.
