RECIPE
1 ½ cup castor sugar
4 eggs
2 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
250 ml milk
3 tablespoon oil (mix milk and oil together & microwave for 2 minutes)
Beat sugar & eggs till light and fluffy.Add in flour and baking powder alternating with the milk mixture.Lastly add vanilla essence.Bake at 180
Milky Bar Ganache (must be made a day before)
3 slabs milky bar
2 fresh cream
Cut milky bar into pieces and place in a bowl.Boil fresh cream on stove till it starts to bubble.Pour over milky bar and leave for 2 minutes before stirring.Stir very lightly till all the milky bar has melted.Once this is done allow to cool & cover with cling wrap and refrigerate overnight.When ready to use place in a mixer and beat with a balloon whisk (careful not to over beat)
Slice bananas & strawberries in between each layer.
For the sugar berries-Brush with egg whites and dip in castor sugar (place on cake just before serving)
