1 kg cleaned prawns 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon kashmiri powder ½ teaspoon garam masala1 ½ teaspoon garlic1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice½ tablespoon Methi (Fenugreek) masala
Sauce:125g butter2 tablespoon tomato sauce 2 tablespoon mayo2 tablespoon chillie garlic sauce2 tablespoon honey 1 teaspoon green chillie paste
Cook prawns for 5 minutes over high heat in butter. Combine all the sauce ingredients together and allow to boil onceAdd in prawns and remove pot from heat.Place into a dish and grill in oven till done
Adjust honey according to your taste
