INGREDIENTS
½ kilo chicken mince Butter 1 full teaspoon garlic ¾ teaspoon ginger Ground green chili as per your taste Salt ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper ¼ teaspoon jeera ¼ teaspoon dhana powder A nice squeeze of lemon A handful of finely chopped dhania (coriander) U can also chopped mint ( but I did not as I do not enjoy mint in my food )
5 to 6 potatoes Salt Pepper Butter
Corn flakes crumbs Eggs for dipping
METHOD
Add the butter and some oil to the pot Now add the ginger , garlic and ground green chili braise until you get a nice aroma. Add the mince and keep braking it down so it doesn’t stay lumpy Add the salt pepper and lemon and cook on low until it’s thoroughly cooked. Add the dhania (coriander) . Allow to cool
For the potato : Boil and mash with the ingredients Cool .
Add some mash to the cooked mince so this will help the mince to stick Take some mash on your hand and flatten now add the ball of mince and close with mash completely. Repeat until it’s all done . Egg and crumbShallow fry in hot oil
