INGREDIENTS
½ cup yogurt 1 cup flour¼ cup sugar1 ½ teaspoon baking powder1 egg1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) (Clarified butter) melted butter2 teaspoon vanilla essence
METHOD
Beat all ingredients together for few minutes, with a electric hand mixer.dropbatter into medium hot oil,fry until golden Roll into castor sugar and cinnamon.Melt one bar milk chocolate and drizzled over the doughnuts and sprinkle funfetti over.The kids love these and finished them the same day.
