Chocolate icing 250g butter650g icing sugar -sifted6 tablespoon milk2 teaspoon vanilla essence 7 tablespoon cocoa powder -sifted Beat butter and icing sugar together till light and creamy. Add in cocoa powder, milk and vanilla essence and mix well.Decorate cake as desired I doubled the cake recipe for this size cake. If you double the icing you will have some left over. Maybe make a full recipe and a half recipe.
