60g softened butter or margarine2 tablespoons sugarWhisk together untill creamy.Add in2 eggs, room temperature 1 teaspoon vanilla essenceWhisk well.Sift in2 teaspoons baking powder1 cup flourMix well.Add more flour as needed to form a soft dough.Divide into 2 balls.Roll out thinly and press into 2 fluted pie pans.Bake at 180deg untill edges turn golden and crust is cooked.
Custard:1 tin condensed milk2 ½ tins milk (use empty condensed milk tin to measure) 1 teaspoon vanilla essenceBring to almost boiling point. Whisk together:1 tin milk1 egg1 heaped tablespoon corn flour1 heaped tablespoon custard powder Pinch of saltAdd to hot milk mixture stirring continuously. Boil until thick, stirring continuously.Pour into cool crusts. Dust with cinnamon. Decorate as desired. Refrigerate for 2hours+ before serving Bon Appétit 💋
