Quick Apple Tart

Melt and cool the ffg:
2 tablespoon butter
1⁄2 cup castor sugar
1⁄4 cup milk
Beat 2 eggs and add to above
Beat in 1 cup self raising flour with a pinch of salt
Spoon mixture into a greased and lined baking pan.
Spread 1 can of sliced apples onto batter
Bake for 30min at 180 deg C until edges are golden brown
Beat the ffg:
1 tin ideal milk
1⁄4 cup castor sugar
1⁄2 teaspoon caramel essence
Once boiled and thickened, pour over hot cake and allow to soak.sprinkle cinnamon and leave in fridge to chill or serve hot with vanilla ice cream
