125g Soft Butter2 tablespoon oil¼ cup icing sugar (or Castor) ¼ cup MazinaBeat mix wellAdd 3 tablespoon Crushed Pecans3 tablespoon Crushed Cornflakes 2 tablespoon Dessicated CoconutLittle Almond EssenceLittle Vanilla essence (I used both) Mix wellGradually add Flour till a soft dough is formedRoll out Cut square or any shape that you preferMAKE A PASTEBeat 1 egg use white only OR Beat 2-3 tablespoon Milk With little vanilla and almond essence again1 tablespoon sesame Seeds1 tablespoon castor sugarBeat mixPaste on each biscuit with an egg brushSprinkle nibbed Almonds and little dessicated coconut overPlace on a greased trayBake at 170-or 180 for 15 minutes or until done Allow to coolDecorate with melted caramel chocolate sprinkle more dessicated coconut overDust with edible glitterEnjoy
