1 can condensend milk3 cans fresh milk (use condensed milk can as measurement for milk)50 ml maizena (corn flour) (Corn Flour)30 ml Custard powder3 eggs5 ml vanilla essence30 ml butter Tennis BiscuitsCinnamon for dusting
1.Combine condensed milk & 2 ½ milk together & heat until boiling.2.Mix cornflour,custard powder and remaining ½ can milk together and eggs & vanilla ess. 3.Add to the hot milk & cook for 10 minutes.stirring with whisk constantly. 4.Add the butter.5.Line a large dish with Tennis biscuits (use broken pieces of biscuits to fill gaps between whole biscuits.6.Pour the mixture over7.Sprinkle with cinnamon & allow to cool. Refrigerate.
