Sweet Pastry Base:125g Icing Sugar250g Butter2 eggs1 Cup flour, sifted Filling2 Cups Water¼ Cup Cold Milk1 Tin Condensed Milk7 - 8 Large Eggs1 teaspoon Vanilla EssenceFine Cinnamon for dusting.... 2 teaspoon Butter, (pieces)
Sift all dry ingredients, add melted butter, then the eggs lastly . Line the base of your dish & set in the fridge for 15 minutes to rest aside.
Filling:In a bowl add the condensed milk, milk, 2 Cans of water of the empty jar....whisk all the liquids. Then add the essence & beaten eggs. Mix well pour the filling slowly into the base. Dust with fine cinnamon & add the pieces of butter. Bake 160 degrees for 45minutes - to 1 hour...Depending on your oven. The filling must be done not wet. Leave in the oven for 5 minutes when switching the stove off.

Also keep the base in freezer for 1 month👍
