250ml Orley whip250ml Fresh creamA slab of Aero MintA teaspoon of Vanilla Essence2 packs of Tennis BiscuitsA tin of Caramel Treat 4 Tablespoons of Butter (Melted)
Crush the biscuits and add the butter to it, mix through well and leave aside. In a mixing bowl, add in the Orley Whip, Fresh Cream and Vanilla Essence. Beat until it's thick and fluffy. Add in the Caramel Treat to this mixture and fold it into the cream. Beat again until it's doubled in volume. (Do not over beat) In a casserole dish, begin layering the dessert. Begin by sprinkling biscuit crumbs at the bottom. Gently spread your mixture over the crumbs, ensuring not to disturb the base. Evenly grate your Aero chocolate over the mixture. Repeat the above layering until your last layer should be just a light sprinkle of biscuit crumbs and then as much of the mint chocolate as you desire.Enjoy.🖤

*Freeze the chocolate beforehand, as it makes grating easier.
*Blitz the biscuit crumbs in a blender, don't make it too fine.
