My Other Style
With Mash Potatoe
3-4 Large Potatoes boil mash add butter salt and pepper (I added little milk) Add a little chopped Green dhania (coriander) Little crushed Jeeru (Cumin) (Optional) 1x 500g Spagetti follow the instructions on the packet Follow the instructions on the packet Drain once done NO ONION NO TOMATO NO CAPSICUM +- 1 Kg Mince (Beef/Mutton/Chicken)2-3 tablespoon Oil Braise well till mince changes colourAdd 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Add 1 teaspoon crushed GarlicAdd 1 teaspoon salt Braise 1 teaspoon tumeric1 & ½ teaspoon Dhana Jeera mix1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder1 teaspoon Crushed Red Chilli1 teaspoon Green chilli paste1 teaspoon lemon pepper or Black pepper powder (Optional) Little Mixed Herbs Braise well when done Add to the above Mince Mixture1 tablespoon Bbq Sauce Add 2 tablespoon Red chutney or any Chilli Tomato Sauce 3 tablespoon Tomato Puree ½ Cup of Any Tomato Pasta Sauce Or 2 Grated tomatoesMix wellAdd little chopped Green dhania (coriander)Cook for 2 minutes Adjust the SALT AND Chilli TasteRemove from Stove and Keep AsideTo layer once pasta and Mash are ready TO LAYER IN A CASSEROLEPlace half Mince Mixture at Bottom of the CasseroleCover with Pasta Then the rest of the MinceThen Spagetti /Pasta/MacaroniCover with all the MashThen lots of grated CheesesBake at 180* for +-25 to 30 minutesEnjoy 😋
