My Different Style
1 kg Chicken Mince (may use Cubed Chicken Fillets) 1 heaped teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste ½ teaspoon garlic 3 tablespoon oil1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)1 teaspoon Crushed whole Jeeru (Cumin)2 tablespoon Portuguese Chicken spice+- 1 tablespoon Crushed Green Chilli1 tablespoon Dhana/Jeera powder1 teaspoon tumeric1 tablespoon Nandos lemon and herb sauce OR Any Lemon and herb sauce(OR JUST LEMON JUICE)Take +-3-4 Onions processed fine or grated water squeezed andSaute the Onion in a seperate pan for few minutes keep aside MethodHeat oil /ghee (Clarified butter) add the chicken mince Add the Ginger garlic paste Braise till it turns whitish Add the rest of the ingredients Add littke chopped mintLet mince cook when almost done Add the Onions toss in the mince few minutes Adjust the Salt and ChilliRemove from Pan to cool on a flat tray When Cool Garnish with Chopped Green dhania (coriander) Enjoy 😋
