In a bowl mix 345g flour 60g sugar 1 teaspoon salt 7g yeast 3 tablespoon Cocoa powder Set a side In another bowl mix :120ml water 65ml milk 45g butter and microwave to a lukewarm temperature Then add + 4 drop red food coloring + 1 egg and mix well Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix for 5 minutes till soft .
Cover and let it rest for 45min . In a small bowl :70g butter ½ tablespoon cocoa powder 1 tablespoon cinnamon 50g sugar mix to create the filling. On a lightly floured surface roll the dough and add the filling till the dough is completely covered with the filling then roll the dough and cut into a 1 inch thickness . Place on a greased pan leaving space to doubled in size . Set a side for 1 ½ hour to 2hr . Bake in a preheated oven at 150c and bake for 25 to 30 minutes .
