INGREDIENTS
1.) 2 x tins ambrosia custard (1 x 500ml ultramel box for s.a)
2.) 2 big slabs of galaxy smooth milk chocolate Or dairymilk
3.) Crushed marie Biscuits(s.a) or rich tea Biscuits(u.k)
4.) Whipped cream
**Readymade chocolate cups or individual glasses to layer dessert**
METHOD
1.) mix chocolate and custard and melt on low heat till chocolate is completely dissolved and custard turns brown.
2.)-layer crushed Biscuits
-layer chocolate custard
-layer crushed Biscuits
-layer chocolate custard
-layer crushed biscuits
-top with whipped cream and decorate as desired
INFO & TIPS
The possibilities and variations to this dessert are endless... Heres a few that i have tried and tasted 😊
1.) use terrys chocolate Orange instead of plain chocolate for an Orangey dessert and crushed choc chip eet sum more instead of marie biscuits.
2.)use mint chocolate and mint tennis Biscuits for a minty variation.
3.)use bounty chocolate and tennis biscuits for a coconutty flavour.
4.)use caramac chocolate and chocolate chip cookies for a caramel variation.
5.)use milkybar chocolate and tennis biscuits and add slices of strawberry between the layers for 🍓 flavoured dessert.
