1 Litre milk - reserve one cup 2 teaspoon ghas/ falooda powder 2 tablespoon custard powder ½ cup klim1 tin condense milk1 small tin nestle cream 2 tablespoon rose water ½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder Simmer the milk and falooda powder together Mix the custard powder and klim with the remaining one cup milk and add to your pot of milk whisking all the time to make sure no lumps.When it starts to boil remove from stove Add in your condense milk, nestle cream, Elachi (cardomom) powder and rose water Pour into dessert bowls and decorate as u like
