125 g butter
3\4 castor sugar
3 eggs
1 1\2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1\4 cup flour
4 tablespoon corn flour
1\2 cup milk
1 teaspoon peppermint ess
A drop of green coloring or more
Pre heat oven to 180
Cream butter and sugar
Add in eggs on at a tome beat well after each addition Mix in the dry ingriedints Lastly add in the milk, essence and coloring And mix into a smooth batter Pour in a well greased log pan Bake at 180 for ± 30 minutes until skewer comes out clean allow to cool. Drizzle or spread ganache on cake Grate peppermit crisp over

1 slab dairy milk melted
Mix in one tin nestle cream.
Spread over cake.
