My Different style
Marinate For The Fish 10 pieces of Hake (deboned and skin off) 4 tablespoon oil 1 Heaped tablespoon Robertsons Fish spice2 tablespoon Magic Masala or any Peri Peri masala3 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli Powder2 tablespoon Aminas Fish masala 1 tablespoon Aminas Wet Curry spice1 teaspoon ginger Garlic paste 1 teaspoon crushed garlic Garlic 1 tablespoon Worstershire Sauce½ teaspoon tumericMarinade for few hours Fry lightly Keep aside In a Flat pot Add 3 tablespoon Oil 2 Medium Grated onion1 teaspoon Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)Few Curry leaves3 Slit Green Chilli3-4 Cloves of Garlic Braise till Onion Turn gold in colour Add 1 liquidised CAN Tomato & Onion Mix it must be Smooth¼ can Tomato puree Braise this with the above Add very little water like less than ⅓ cup for the onions to be soft Cook further 10 minutes Now place the Lightly Fried Hake pieces on the Tomato GravyLet it cook when Fish is done And Well blended with the gravy ADJUST SALT AND CHILLI TASTE Garnish with chopped Green dhania (coriander) and Shallot SERVING SUGGESTIONBasmati rice /Roti / Makai ji Roti / Soft Mielie PapEnjoy 😋
